In The Garden: Flowering Basket

G and I were hanging Christmas lights in the garden the other day when we came upon this delightful scene. I was immediately struck by the little flowering basket on the table and how it was positioned so perfectly at the foot of the mountain as if placed there in homage to the majesty of the sun-lit peak. It truly was glorious, with flowers bursting forth all over, and what a joy it was to paint!
