Wonderland

This is a sister painting to The Sunshine Flowers which is currently being featured in a worldwide promotion for Samsung's Frame TV, something that's been an absolute thrill to be a part of. It depicts a similar scene but unlike Sunshine which was painted in February, this one was painted in August when the garden was in full bloom. Flowers seemed to be everywhere, pinks and purples, yellows and whites, all clamouring for attention beneath the clear California sky and it felt like I had wandered into a wonderland. It was truly breathtaking and what a joy it was to paint!
